The data will be processed with the main purpose of attending your call request or answering your email and solving the queries or service requests you have made.
In the event that you request any of our services, your data will be processed in order to provide you with the required information and/or proceed with the provision of the requested service, as well as the administrative, commercial, accounting and tax management of your condition as a client, if applicable.
Additionally, in the event that you request our patient transfer service, your data will be processed with the purpose of verifying if you are a beneficiary of such service.
In the event that the data is to be processed for other purposes, such as supplier management or human resources, you will be duly informed.
No automated decision making or profiling will be made from the data provided.
Legal basis of the Processing
If you are interested or request any of our services, the legal basis of the treatment is the adoption of pre-contractual and contractual measures.
The request made by means of the corresponding form on this website requires only and for technical reasons that you provide us with your telephone number.
